Refund Policies

At Daily Saver Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Opened or used items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve it quickly.
